Professor David Ormerod QC is a Law Commissioner for England and Wales and Professor of Criminal Justice at Queen Mary University of London. He is also a practising barrister at Red Lion Chambers. He is a Bencher of Middle Temple.
Karl Laird is Lecturer in Law at Exeter College, University of Oxford and a Senior Retained Lecturer at Pembroke College. He has also taught at the University of Bristol.
