The first, busy chapter on basics will be somewhat overwhelming to the first-time user, but later chapters regain focus and provide straightforward step-by-step instructions on using each feature. Quick references to topics explained in other chapters help readers find information as needed, and appendixes cover special characters and keyboard shortcuts. Larger public libraries should consider.
