About the Author

Phyllis Davis is a graphics and Web designer, teacher, and software developer who has written a number of Visual QuickStart Guides, including one on WordPerfect 8 for Linux, three on CorelDRAW (for versions 9 and 8 for Windows and 7 for Windows 95/NT), and two on FrontPage for Windows. She also wrote Peter Norton's Guide to Visual Basic.
