James Craig is president of Diaphonics, a start-up focused on logistics and distribution in the voice-enabled e-business arena.. He works with companies around the world and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. His most recent position was senior manager of e-business development at Aliant, the third largest telecommunications firm in Canada, where he supervised the strategic development of e-business initiatives. Dawn Jutla, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the forefront of e-commerce and information technology. She has written research articles on e-commerce for such publications as IEEE Computer and the Information Systems Journal.
