Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Glen Rounds (illustrator). First Edition. 275 g.; VIII, 128 pages, last page blank, introduction by author, notes, sources and bibliography. The text is illustrated with numerous black-and-white drawings by Glen Rounds. Light blue coloured boards with silver titles to the backstrip. Bumping and fading to the backstrip edges and rubbing to the book corners. Shelf wear to the lower book edges and light brown into the text block edges. Light browning to the endpapers and very faint age toning to the internal text. Previous owner's name to the top edge of the free front end paper. Illustrated dustwrapper, with white background, with blue and back titles to the front panel and backstrip. A little rubbing and creasing to the dustwrapper edges, particularly the backstrip edges. Handling marks and slight yellowing of the dustwrapper panels. A collection of tongue twisters from Peter Piper, which dates back to 1674, up to new tongue twisters that have appeared today.
