Min began developing his insights about creative thinking and problem solving at Procter & Gamble, where he received three U.S. patents, helped bring several new products to the market and created a corporate-wide internal consulting practice.

Following his award-winning doctoral research at the University of Cincinnati, he became a professor of management in the Michael G.
