Dr. Min Basadur consults internationally with major corporations - PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Procter & Gamble, Pillsbury, Kimball International, Nabisco, Stelco, Eli Lilly, Northern Telecom - using his trademarked Simplex Process.
Min began developing his insights about creative thinking and problem solving at Procter & Gamble, where he received three U.S. patents, helped bring several new products to the market and created a corporate-wide internal consulting practice.
Following his award-winning doctoral research at the University of Cincinnati, he became a professor of management in the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, and founded the Center for Research in Applied Creativity, now a worldwide network of associates expert in applied creativity. These associates work closely with Dr. Basadur and are located in Europe, Asia, South America and throughout North America.
