This new text builds on the foundations of the highly respected Critical Path Analysis and other Project Network Techniques. The second comprehensively treats all aspects of the planning techniques which come together under the name Project Network Techniques. An invaluable chapter, 'Some Practical Considerations', distils the authors' experiences over many years. Questions on each part and a comprehensive glossary of terms can be found in appendices.
