About the Author

Pam Jones is Program Director for the Performance Through People Program at Ashridge Management College. She specializes in all aspects of performance management, personal development, and organizational behavior.

Joy Palmer has been an Associate at Ashridge Management College since 1994, and runs her own management consultancy, Interactives, which focuses on business development and organizational change.

Carole Osterwell is an Assistant Director of Studies at Ashridge Management College, where she specializes in integrative approaches that move people from functional to project and process-based working.

Diana Whitehead joined Ashridge Management College in 1994 to undertake a project on change management in UK and German organizations, and has since worked as a researcher on a variety of management programs.
