About the Author
Professor Trevor Kerry is author of more than 25 texts including Mastering Deputy Headship and Working with Support Staff (Pearson Education). Trevor Kerry works on futures thinking and education at the International Institute for Educational Leadership at the University of Lincoln, and is Professor and Senior Vice President at the College of Teachers, London. He has a life-time's experience of both teaching and managing in education, and has worked at every level from primary to university.
