'Writing First - Practice In Content' is the only developmental that places primary emphasis on students' own writing while at the same time providing ample opportunity for practice and drill. As students use their own drafts to practice sentence, paragraph, and essay writing skills, they also complete workbook-style mastery exercises that reinforce those skills. An engaging visual format highlights key information and makes the test easy to use. By addressing students as serious writers and giving them the support they need, 'Writing First' helps them lay a solid foundation for success in college.
