About the Author
A former actress and Ford model, Kathy Freston is a meditation counselor who conducts popular workshops in New York and Los Angeles. Her CDs offering guided meditation have been featured in W, Self, Fitness, and Mode. She and her husband divide their time between New York and Los Angeles.
