About the Author
Suzy Ashton holds a B. Ed. with an emphasis on nutrition and nutrition education. She currently works as a food research assistant and has a particular interest in chocolate. Suzy and her husband Nathan live in New South Wales, Australia.
Dr. John F. Ashton holds prize-winning University degrees in Chemistry, has taught science and philosophy at colleges and universities and held senior research positions in the food industry for over 30 years. John and his wife, Colleen, live in New South Wales, Australia.
