From AudioFile

Marc Parent is a stay-at-home dad. When he and his wife and their two boys moved out of New York City to a rural setting, they agreed that Marc would combine his writing with their children's daycare. Because of this role, he has been able to listen to his children's thoughts and record them. This experience has so humbled him that his narration of his book takes on a spiritual and poetic quality. Honest, sweet, humorous, insightful, and touching, these are lessons learned by a father as taught by his children. Parent speaks of his life with his children with reverence, love, and gratitude for having had the opportunity to be taught so well.
