"The chapter on anaphylaxis is an excellent summary, particularly Box 77-7 covering the differential diagnosis. As usual, the chapter on unconventional theories is a masterpiece of debunking nonsense allergy, with a robust approach to looking for supportive scientific studies. This is a must-read chapter for all practicing allergists.
