About the Authors
Kathleen Deska Pagana, PhD, RN is Professor Emeritus, Department of Nursing, Lycoming College, Williamsport, Pennsylvania and President, Pagana Keynotes & Presentations. Timothy J. Pagana, MD, FACS is Medical Director Emeritus at the Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Health Center, Susquehanna Health System, Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Theresa Noel Pagana, MD, FAAEM, is an Emergency Medicine Physician, Virtua Voorhees Hospital, Voorhees, New Jersey.
Timothy J. Pagana is a retired Medical Director at the Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Health Center, Susquehanna Health System, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Theresa Pagana is an emergency medical physician at Virtua Voorhees Hospital, Voorhees, New Jersey and an author on both the Reference and the Manual. Her role in both has increased over the editions as Tim Pagana continues to scale back his role as an author.

Condition: Acceptable. LIGHTNING FAST SHIPPING! A heavily used, but still working copy. Coffee stain and wrinkling to the edge of the pages when a tired undergrad fell asleep and knocked their cup over on their books. The binding and pages of the book have been reinforced with tape, has tape and stickers on the cover, as well as lots of notes (some of the answers in the learning activities may be filled in) on the pages.
