This book provides a current collection of edited cases, using the court's language, for courses in both business law and the legal environment of business. The cases included were selected for their timeliness, impact, coherence, and diversity. Along with updating the often dramatic changes that have taken place in the law over the past few years, this book also provides readers with the opportunity to explore cases in the court's own language in an expanded format.
