About the Author

Merrill Anderson is a management consultant with eighteen years experience maximizing the performance of organizations, teams, and people. He has formerly been a vice president of the Baxter Institute of Baxter Health Care Corp.; vice president, Organization Development with NCR Corp.; and director, Organization Capability Services with Amoco Corp. Mr. Anderson is a dedicated educator and a member of the adjunct graduate faculty in organization development at Pepperdine University, Benedictine University, and Antioch University. He earned a Ph.D. in organization studies at New York University and has over thirty professional presentations and publications to his credit.
