About the Author

Michael Chris Knapp, PhD, CPA, CMA, has been a member of the faculty of the University of Oklahoma since 1988. Professor Knapp has published extensively in both academic research journals and practitioner-oriented journals. Professor Knapp has written numerous articles for major metropolitan newspapers on a wide range of business topics, including several articles appearing in the Los Angeles Times.
