Dr. Tabbush is Adjunct Professor in Business Economics at the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He received his Doctorate degrees in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Tabbush served as the Associate Dean of the Anderson Graduate School of Management from 1979 to 1993 as the Director of the Office of Executive Education. He is a specialist in the area of health care economics and management, currently serving the co-Director of The Center for Health Care Management. He is the originator of several executive education programs for health care providers. He is a regular speaker in health care programs conducted by the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He teaches in the UCLA Executive MBA, the Fully Employed MBA and regular MBA programs and in executive programs around the world on the subject of managerial economics. In 1996 he was named the Outstanding Teacher in the UCLA Fully Employed MBA program for which he is Faculty Director of the International Field Study. In addition, he is a Senior Economist at Economic Analysis, an economics consulting firm, where he serves as an expert witness on employment and antitrust issues.
