About the Author

Nancy Keck is the owner and broker-in-charge of Houser Associates Real Estate Inc. She has also been a real estate instructor from 1983-1999. In 1993 she won REALTOR® of the Year from the Goldsboro/Wayne County Association of REALTORS® and was President of that association in 1995. Ms. Keck holds a M.A. in Management from Central Michigan University and has earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designations. Ms. Keck's hometown is Goldsboro, North Carolina.
