A professional educator and nationally known real estate author, Marcia teaches real estate and has developed curricula for numerous real estate courses widely used in colleges, real estate related organizations, and proprietary schools throughout New York. Marcia holds a BA and an MA in English from the University at Albany and a BS in Real Estate Studies from Empire State College. She is also a member of the Author s Guild.
