Original Cloth. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Hollyhead, Bush (illustrator). First Edition. First UK edition. Originally published by Doubleday in the US in 1974. The boards have a few light surface marks but are generally unmarked. Browning to the page edges. The endpapers have some browning and there are faint traces of a price in pencil to the front free endpaper and a mark to the top right corner of the half-title page. The pages are a little browned and the book has an odour - probably from the home of a smoker - but the pages are otherwise generally clean and unmarked. The jacket has a tiny nick to the top right corner of the front panel with some associated creasing along the top edge and some browning to the spine and the rear panel.
