HERVÉ DUMEZ is Researcher, Centre de Recherche en Gestion, École Polytechnique, Paris. He is co-author with Alain Jeunemaître of La Politique de Concurrence en Europe, and is editor of several books, including Financial Markets Regulation: A Practitioner's Perspective.
