Pip, that pudgy penguin, is back again! This time the endearing daredevil is keen on adventure sports. Pip surfs, parachutes, and scuba dives up to sailing poodles, helicoptering rabbits, and singing zebras in a submarine. "How many poodles playing on the boat?" we wonder, before pulling back the sail flap. "Five!" says Pip. "But that's too many!" All right, then. "How many rabbits munching in the helicopter?" Pull down the window flap to find a high- flying, carrot-chomping bunny warren. "Four!" Pip says. "But that's too many!" Pip is not satisfied until he finds a solitary tiger, waving from his racecar: "Just one," says Pip. "Just right!"
Counting is fun with Pip and his fine furry friends. Young readers lift the flaps to find animals (in numbers decreasing from five) in silly situations.
