Carl-Ardy Dubois is a Research Fellow at the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies. Ellen Nolte is a Research Fellow at the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies and Lecturer in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Martin McKee is Research Director at the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies and Professor of European Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
