Ilona Boniwell is the Programme Leader and founder of the first MSc in Applied Positive Psychology in Europe, taught at the University of East London, UK. Ilona is also interested in practical applications of positive psychology, co-founding the Personal Well-Being Centre - a social enterprise dedicated to the promotion of well-being and personal development. She has also co-written a textbook with Kate Hefferon entitled Positive Psychology: Theory, Research and Applications (Open UP, 2011).
