9780345368010: The Flexibility Factor: Why people who thrive on change are successful**

From Library Journal

In spite of its far too pretentious subtitle, this book can be recommended to persons who are willing to give the idea of changing themselves and their outlooks a try. In a series of chapters written in a genial but rather repetitive style under such headings as "Your Change-Friendly Quotient," "The Inner T.E.A.M. of Flexibility," and "Your Flexible Brain," the authors of Whole-Brain Thinking ( LJ 4/1/84) outline several techniques to help change-seekers refocus their thinking. The ideas are presented in primer fashion (complete with questions and exercises) and are brightened up with case histories, each with a moral tag. The book bears no resemblance to Tom Peters's opus on organizational change, Thriving on Chaos ( LJ 10/15/87).
