His flat tone perfectly conveys psychopathic musings; his deliberate whine lets the listener experience the frustration of government bureaucrats who are unwilling to see the big picture. Hill's presentation of quantum theory, as delivered by a heavily accented Serbian teacher during a multicourse meal fueled by vodka, reveals a plot that seems all too feasible.
