John Norman's epic Gorean Saga is one of the longest-running and most successful series in the history of fantasy. It is also one of the most controversial. Over the course of more than thirty books produced over a span of six decades, the series has sold millions of copies and built legions of fans unrivaled in their devotion. E-Reads invites you to rediscover this brilliantly imagined world where men are masters and women live to serve their every desire. SLAVE GIRL OF GOR Book 11 of the Gorean Saga Taken as a possession, Judy Thornton, an Earth resident, is found meandering in the wilderness of the Earthlike planet of Gor. In keeping with the culture of the Goreans, she is trained and used as a slave. What her masters don't know is that Judy is more than just beautiful chattel. She has the power to obliterate Gor and all that is related to it. Determined to seize control of her, Priest Kings and Kur-Monster enter combat, neglecting the fact that the fate of Gor rests in the hands of the ethereal Judy. Read the entire saga, now with brilliant new cover art specially commissioned by E-Reads.

About the Author:

John Norman, born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1931, is the creator of the Gorean Saga, the longest-running series of adventure novels in science fiction history. Starting in December 1966 with "Tarnsman of Gor", the series was put on hold after its twenty-fifth installment, "Magicians of Gor", in 1988, when DAW refused to publish its successor, "Witness of Gor". After several unsuccessful attempts to find a trade publishing outlet, the series was brought back into print in 2001. Norman has also produced a separate, three-installment science fiction series, the Telnarian Histories, plus two other fiction works ("Ghost Dance" and "Time Slave"), a nonfiction paperback ("Imaginative Sex"), and a collection of thirty short stories, entitled "Norman Invasions". "The Totems of Abydos" was published in spring 2012. All of Norman's work is available both in print and as ebooks. The Internet has proven to be a fertile ground for the imagination of Norman's ever-growing fan base, and at Gor Chronicles (www.gorchronicles.com), a website specially created for his tremendous fan following, one may read everything there is to know about this unique fictional culture. Norman is married and has three children.

And accordingly Tarl knew that the battle for the possession of the planet was underway - the Kurri, the beastlike invaders, had made their plans. There was a girl, once of Earth, found in the wilderness of Gor. Captured, as such lovely strangers were on that ruthless world, she was to undergo the training that would make her a slave of great value. But unknown to her captors, she was a tool of the Kurri and carried a programmed message that imperilled the future of Gor. It was for possession of her mind and body that Priest-King and Kur-monster battled, while few knew that a planet's fate was also locked within the slave collar that bound her neck:- (original cost £2.50).
