Jason J. Jay is a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the director of the Sustainability Initiative at MIT Sloan. He holds a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in education from Harvard and a doctorate in management from MIT. Gabriel Grant is the CEO of Human Partners and cofounder of the Byron Fellowship Educational Foundation. He holds a master's in leadership and sustainability from Yale and a master's in ecological systems engineering and a bachelor's in physics from Purdue.
