Lord and others. The work argues for a biblical, Millennium-centered administration in which all intelligent beings are ultimately reconciled to God under Christ’s reign, but with clear distinctions between the fate of believers and non-believers. Wilson asserts that while the faithful are raised to kings and priests and share in an everlasting glory, the wicked endure an endless subjection and loss of blessedness, ever conscious of their desert. The author rejects universal restoration and universal forgiveness, while maintaining that the atonement extends to all, and that divine justice requires penalties proportionate to deeds. The volume includes detailed expositions of resurrection order, the fate of the unrepentant, the nature of future judgment, and defenses against Restorationism.
