About the Author:

Phillip DePoy is the author of five previous mysteries, including the Shamus Award finalist Easy. He has published short fiction, poetry, and criticism in Story, The Southern Poetry Review, Xanadu, and Yankee, among other magazines. As a folklorist, he has worked with Joseph Campbell and John Burrison. Currently a visiting professor of theater at Georgia State University, he lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
