Synopsis
Laser Books January 1977 release. Original science fiction novels, three novels were issued per month beginning August 1975 until the line folded in February 1977.
He is lost; the Corregidor is disabled and its energy tanks are nearly depleted. The ship is pursued by hostile aliens who seek to destroy humanity. Yet Commodore Briggs has not lost hope. Below lies a strange and beautiful world, which offers hope for refueling the ship for the trek home. But the Ecolog, masked ruler of a feudal empire, may have other plans. And on this remote planet, she rules!
Radell Faraday Nelson (1931 – 2022) was an American science fiction author and cartoonist, most famous for his 1963 short story "Eight O'Clock in the Morning", which was later used by John Carpenter as the basis for his 1988 film They Live.
