About the Author:

Robert Wilson has been the editor of Preservation, the magazine of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, since 1996. In 1998, Preservation won the National Magazine Award for General Excellence. Wilson is the former literary editor of Civilization magazine and book review editor for USA Today.
