About the Author
Stephen Rhodes previously worked for several global investment banking firms in New York City over the last eight years, including Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston, and Salomon Brothers. He currently works for a European risk-arbitrage hedge fund. Mr. Rhodes graduated from Ithaca College and Fordham University School of Law.
