Taking the saying "Your wife is not your momma" as the title of his book, Bishop Wellington Boone offers sound advice to the married man who wants to improve his relationship with his wife, and to the woman who wants to see a change in her man.  It is the ideal guide for those who want to have a little bit of heaven in their home.

Boone's message is a simple one: Put God first and serve your wife as Jesus served the Church.  By using your relationship with God as the model for your marriage, you put yourself in a position to love and, in return, be loved, thereby creating a fulfilling and rewarding home life.

Boone shows what works, why it works, and how to apply it to your own life.  No matter whether you are single, divorced, newlyweds, or celebrating a silver anniversary, this book offers important counsel on the critical issues that must be resolved before getting married; how to prevent problems with your spouse and children; and how to avoid being an outlaw instead of a beloved in-law.

Filled with do's and don'ts, tables and checklists, questions to work through, Bible references, and reflective prayers, Your Wife Is Not Your Momma is an invaluable resource for anyone who wants to enjoy the rewards of a God-centered relationship.

What People Are Saying About Wellington Boone and His Book, Your Wife Is Not Your Momma:

"This is an incredible man of God. Every time I'm in the presence of this guy, I sense two things: This is a man who is truly a man of tremendous faith, and he's a man who is truly fearless."
--Bill McCartney, Cofounder of Promise Keepers

"It's got transforming power!"
--James Robison, host of "Life Today" television program

"It's a step beyond Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus."
--Gary Busey

"When I got to the end of the excerpt from Uncle Tom's Cabin, I began to weep--I discovered that I was not so much weeping out of sorrow, but out of gladness! I was glad to be reminded of what genuine meekness ('strength under control') looks like."
--Pastor, Nashville

"I just want to say that through this book, the Lord has given me new insight into what a husband and marriage are called to be (and can be). Areas of leadership, parent-child relationships, and friendships were also so beautifully written about!"
--Divorced woman, El Paso

"I appreciate the ministry of Wellington Boone and the vision God has given him. He is a man of conviction and passion for the Gospel of Jesus Christ."
--Franklin Graham, President, Samaritan's Purse

"America's need today is a call for coming revival. Revival comes from fasting, praying, and seeking God's face. Wellington Boone is modeling and preaching this mandatory message."
--Bill Bright, Founder and President, Campus Crusade for Christ

"Wellington Boone speaks to a generation with words that pierce to the heart of the matter. The power of his message comes from the depths of his commitment to Christ and to those he addresses. I count it a distinct privilege to know Wellington Boone, both as a man of God, and as a friend."
--Ben Kinchlow, former co-host, "The 700 Club"

"The time I've had to fellowship and benefit from Wellington Boone's ministry have assured me of his love for Christ, his profound insight and understanding of the mind of the Lord, and his ability to communicate that into the hearts and lives of men and women."
--Roger Forster, Ichthus Christian Fellowship, London

"Wellington epitomizes the phrase , 'Fall on the rock and be broken.' Only through brokenness can the fragrance fill the room."
--Ricky Skaggs, recording artist
