The NYPD and the Feds are going crazy trying to figure this one out, but they're getting nowhere. Enter "Little" John Rawlings, veteran detective in the 19th Precinct, whose free-wheeling approach to seemingly clueless cases makes him a natural for this one. The chase leads from a gritty commercial neighborhood in the Bronx to London and finally Cairo. This adventure marks the fourth appearance of Minahan's wisecracking, tough-talking Little John and cohorts, seen most recently in The Face Behind the Mask. They're right up to form this time around in this combination of burlesque and police procedural.
