About the Author
Mary Helen Immordino-Yang, EdD, associate professor of education, psychology, and neuroscience at the Brain and Creativity Institute and Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California, lives in Los Angeles. Winner of the 2014 American Educational Research Association (AERA) Early Career Award.
