Synopsis
Grammar For Reading German is written for intermediate college courses in reading German. The primary intent is to order and intensify the experience which the student gains in reading. The ultimate objective is to increase the skill in reading mature German to a degree that could otherwise be attained only by reading more pages of German than is possible in normal class circumstances. The book contains sixteen grammar units with exercises, four optional review exercises, vocabularies for the exercises, a grammatical appendix, and answer sheets for the exercises. The appendix contains a summary of basic facts (declension, conjugation, etc.) which the student should have learned in their basic courses but may need to review.
