Leadership in international and culturally diverse settings is also discussed, and traditional and current leadership research is cited for every topic on which research is available. Role plays, self-assessment exercises for both skills and personal characteristics, and case problems, are included for the development of students' leadership skills, and an ancillary package is available upon adoption.
