About the Author

Frank August Schubert is a former Associate Professor of criminal justice at Northeastern University where for twenty-five years he taught introduction to law, criminal law, criminal procedure, and other law-related courses. Prior to becoming a professor, Schubert worked as administrative assistant to the Director of Police in Dayton, Ohio, and as an assistant district attorney and special prosecutor in Wisconsin. He earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
