Shows how to find the right job and offers insights from successful organization leaders who share their own experiences in finding the right work

This book grew out of 120 interviews Caple conducted with people (primarily executives) about work. Ten of these individuals are profiled; others are quoted. This is not really a how-to book; it's more like listening to well-educated people talk about work and its place in their lives. Some of the author's devices (such as categorizing people into "workstyle types") are intrusive. The theme throughout is that work can and should be fulfilling. Readers looking for a quick fix or step-by-step instructions won't find them here, but those interested in thinking about work and how to make it better will enjoy.Wendy Allex, Lee Cty.
