About the Author

Tina Rowe served for 25 year on the Denver Police Department and retired as a Captain in Patrol. The next day she was sworn in as the presidential appointed United States Marshal for Colorado and served for 8 years. She was responsible for the security of the Oklahoma City bombing trials, held in Denver (US vs McVeigh and US vs Nichols). She was also the U.S. Marshal in Colorado during the events of 9/11/01. 


Tina trains, presents and consults on topics related to supervision, management, leadership, professional development and organizational improvement. Her speaking style is both humorous and inspirational--and always with immediately applicable information.
