Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First Edition First Printing. Octavo. 256 pages. Hardcover with a black, white, green and tan dust jacket, now in mylar. The jacket is not price-clipped and shows light wear, although the front inner flap is creased. The printing on the bottom half of page 101 seems to be excessively heavy. The last page of text has some tanning in the gutter near the top, as if an acidic piece of paper had been laid in loosely. There is a remainder ink stamp on the bottom edge of the text block.
