About the Author:
Robin Osborne is Lecturer in Ancient History at the University of Oxford and Fellow and Tutor of Corpus Christi College. He is the author of Demos: The Discovery of Classical Attika (1985) and Classical Landscape with Figures: The Ancient Greek City and its Countryside (1987).
