About the Author
Rob Millar is Lecturer in Communication at the University of Ulster. Valerie Crute is a Management Training Officer for Wiltshire County Council. Owen Hargie is Head of the Department of Communication at the University of Ulster. They all have considerable experience of teaching interviewing skills, tactics and strategies.
