About the Author

V. V. Ramanadham is Coordinator of the United Nations Interregional Network on Privatisation. He is an Associate Fellow of Templeton College, Oxford, and a Founder-Director of the Institute of Public Enterprise, India. He is the author of Public Enterprise and Income Distribution and The Economics of Public Enterprise and the editor of Privatisation in the UK, Privatisation in Developing Countries, and Privatisation: A Global Perspective, all published by Routledge.
