About the Author
Nigel Warburton is Lecturer in Philosophy at the Open University. He is the author of Philosophy the Basics, (3rd ed 1999), Philosophy the Classics, (2nd ed 2001), Thinking from A to Z, (2nd ed 2000) and Philosophy: Basic Readings (1999), all published by Routledge.
