About the Author
David Chappell is a Director of Chappell-Marshall Limited, the building and civil engineering contract consultants, and Professor and Senior Research Fellow in Architectural Practice and Management Research at the Queen's University, Belfast. He is a regular contributor to professonal publication and well-known author.
