"What a terrific book! The format is easy to read and very personal... The 'lessons learned' are all true-to-life and current RAs will certainly be able to relate to them. I expect we'll be able to use this for staff training in lots of different ways. It will be a great learning tool!"

"Dr. Foubert's book Lessons Learned offers its readers a creative way to consider and discuss important issues with residence hall staff members. This innovative approach -- the presentation of letters to new staff members from a current staff member -- offers a non-threatening way for staff to tackle and talk about issues... Making this a very contemporary source for current staff members."
